Mental Health Podcasts
In this hectic modern world, where our short-attention-span multi-tasking selves have been programmed for quick sound bites and TLDR summaries, listening to an extended dialogue can feel so jarring and “wasteful.” We at Project: Press Play, however, feel it’s one of the best things about podcasts — it’s such a comforting luxury to hear real people having real conversations, fully engaging in an intimate discourse that are perhaps absent in our everyday life.
Here are some of our favorite episodes that we’ve listened to and found useful. There are many other great podcasts — we just haven’t gotten to them yet. Should you have other recommendations, please email us and we’ll add them to this list for your fellow Press Players.
